I look at how the work actually happens: what gets recorded, what decisions are made, what people need to know and what needs to happen next. That becomes the basis of the system.

I build systems that bring information together so it can be searched, compared and acted on. That might mean a dashboard, an integration, automation or software using AI to find patterns and surface what matters.
